It has been about 18 months since I purchased the 1999 202SF Scout through your brokerage.  Thank you so much for handling everything: the negotiations, survey, and repairs prior to taking possession.

I especially want to thank you for taking a Saturday morning to spend time on the water in the boat helping me get comfortable with its operation and handling.  Since that time we have spent many pleasurable hours on rivers, the ICW, and a few lakes.  My wife Nancy, our two grown children, and friends enjoy the boat as much as I do.

Since I drove away with the boat in tow I have done absolutely nothing to it other adding gas and oil and washing occasionally.  Also, I can’t count all the compliments, many from strangers, I have received.

Good Morning Clay,

Just wanted to say thank you for your help with my boat purchase. The boat has been wet sanded and looks great, you’d never know there were any marks. I’ve already had two people give me their numbers in case I ever want to sell her. Unfortunately, I never got a chance to take her out before she got winterized but I did manage to host a happy hour!

I was very satisfied with the ease of the overall transaction. Hopefully you’ll still be in the business in about 12 years when I’m ready to upsize.
